Just read your material. Talking about L4 L5. I am older now (68) but I spent 25 years in full cconatt karate and I had my share of military training. If you have never experienced the Escogue Clinic, I would urge you to get an evaluation.  I'll give your exercise a whirl but I learned a lot about my body and various misalignments.  It seems that almost all of us tend to over exercise our strong points at the expense of our weak points. Weak points ?  All of us have them. I am currently working through some of my own weak spots.  That is one of the reasons for buying the TACFIT program.  I may have to be slower that you younger folks but I'll be plodding in there along with my kettlebells.  The programs look good.  Can't wait to sweat.
